With just a week to go before the arrival of the 2nd Poleetic trainee, and after the success of the first session (our trainee returned to EEMI and is now on a sandwich course with one of our partners), we’re publishing this post to clarify our needs and the content of the assignments we entrust to our trainees, as we had noticed in our Twitter watch that some people felt our ads were too precise, too demanding for an internship…
We’re looking for candidates with a global awareness of digital, not just a project function. internet (SEO, webmaster, php developer etc.).
Our small company has 2 areas of development in which trainees play a full part:
- AMOA/AMOE digital: follow-up and implementation of a digital project, from specifications to metrics analysis… Our commitment is as follows: each intern, in liaison with his/her internship supervisor, must follow one stage of a web project, and must be able, in the last month of the internship, to manage a project alone, with bi-weekly reporting.
- E-Governance: our research work on this subject is progressing, and we present our findings to our trainees, entrusting them with certain parts of the analysis to check. Given that digital governance impacts almost all web disciplines, it is essential that trainees understand the human environment and the elements of a web project.
We don’t put trainees in a cupboard to fill in Excel spreadsheets... At Poleetic, trainees come to customers to present their audit, and understand the recommendations made. Listening to customers and their needs is also what project management is all about.
There, I hope that’s clear enough, we want to be fully transparent and everyone can move forward … so if you want to send us your resume do not hesitate : job@poleetic.com or via our contact page.
